On regular season’s eve last night, thirteen teams of die-hard Bulls fans converged at State Cafe & Restaurant to compete for $500 in the inaugural Bulls Show Trivia Showdown.
Participants answered 5 rounds of questions ranging from Michael Jordan’s signature shoes to Mike James’ alma mater.
Most surprising was the number of teams that thought McDonald’s named a sandwich in the late 90s after Toni Kukoc instead of Bill Wennington.
With the exception of one elder Bulls historian who expressed his displeasure with the lack of pre-90s questions, the event was a great success and we look forward to doing it again next year (if not much sooner).
Congratulations to Team “Dalibor Bagaric” for coming in first place just ahead of Team “Dr. Reggie” & Team “Right Said Fred Hoiberg.”
Thanks to State, Pinnacle Liquor, and everyone who came out to support the Bulls Show – a solid way to start off this championship season. Go Bulls!
